Simply Lippy Challenge Day 69 | YSL Vernis À Lèvres Vinyl Cream Liquid Lipstick in Shade 403

Ahh once again it’s Friday, and that means the weekend has begun and we can all breath a sigh of relief.

Because Friday’s are my favourite days, I decided to pair this Friday with one of my absolute favourite lipsticks in both formula and shade, YSL’s Vinyl Liquid Lipstick in shade 403.

Now, if you’ve been a follower of Simply Sorcha for a while, you may have read my review post on today’s lipstick back in November, and may also know that I absolutely adore it, so much so, it was my overall favourite beauty release of 2016.

I wore shade 402, a stunning warm toned red, on the very first day of Simply Lippy to kick off my challenge, and today I wore a second shade in the range, shade 403, which is the most beautiful salmon coral colour as you can see from the photos.

The formula on this lippy is so creamy and luxurious, and it gives a gorgeous soft, smooth gloss finish on application. It definitely has a vinyl feel to it, and makes the lips feel, well, just lovely!

Even though it has a vinyl gloss finish, the staying power is better than any gloss I’ve ever tried, and application is so easy too with the angled brush head.

I don’t often recommend that you should go out and buy something unless I really, really love it, but honestly, if you’re in the market for a new lippy then this one is definitely one worth considering.

When these were first released, both shades I received were gifted to me by YSL but already I’ve repurchased, and I certainly plan on repurchasing over and over again in the future because I just LOVE them, particularly this one.
