Maybelline lip paints have become one of the big surprises of my challenge so far; I previously tried two shades with today being my third, and though I wasn’t blown away by the first two shades, I am really starting to love their formula.
Of the two shades I’ve tried up to now, Never Bare, and Stripped Down, the later was probably my preference because it was a richer, caramel shade whereas Never Bare was a super pale pink, and not my usual shade of choice. However, today’s shade is now by far, my favourite!
Maybelline describes this lippy as intense lip paint and that is the perfect description of you ask me. The colour and pigment is incredibly intense and bold, and the fuchsia pink colour is just gorgeous.
I love the richness and brightness of the shade which completely pops the minute you apply it. It’s certainly not for the faint hearted, but I’ve been never one to shy away from a bold lip, and have to say, I am loving it!
The formula itself is creamy which I love, and while I don’t think it’s particularly moisturising, it’s definitely not drying and does feel lovely to wear.
This is the kind of lip colour that would be fab for a sunny, boozy lunch with the girls, or a night out on the tiles, and I’m just a little bit disappointed I didn’t have anything fancy on tonight to wear it to!
As it’s a Sunday night, it’s a night in on the couch for me and my pink lip. But, next time I wear this, I’ll make sure I’m out doing something fabulous!

This color looks so good on you!
